CHANGES
- Inbox now contains a banner for promoted podcasts. Castro Plus subscribers can choose to hide them.
- Chapter artwork, and artwork embedded in downloaded audio files, will now show on the lock screen and in CarPlay as well as on the Now Playing screen.
- CarPlay app now contains an extra menu for selecting between Inbox and Queue instead of the tab bar, and additional logging to help us determine the origin of an issue that could cause the screen to be blank instead of showing episodes. If you notice blank screens again please contact support.
FIXES
- Issue with resuming playback after using Siri or other interruptions like alarm clocks and timers.
- Crash that could happen when starting episode if you previously tried to stream it but it didn't start successfully.
- Issue where chapter artwork was missing for some podcasts.
- Issue where episode might stay stuck in "Preparing…" state when attempting to sync using the action bar in Queue screen.
- Crash when generating Top Picks.
- Crash when preparing episodes to sync to Apple Watch.
- Crash in Podcast screen.
- Crash in Queue screen.
- Crash that could happen when downloading podcast artwork.
- Crash that could happen when unsubscribing from a podcast.
