Fixed a case that could cause missing custom code sets when synchronizing between individual clients without Simple Hub.

Pairing and synchronization improvements.
All Simple Control and Simple Hub instances in your environment must be updated to 4.5 with this release. Environments using a version less than 4.5 will be ignored and vice versa. Note the Simple Hub version number is now the same as the corresponding Simple Control release.

AppleTV IP Control now provides a dedicated gesture panel. Single tap for select, two finger tap for Menu.
Samsung TV 2016 Model auto-discovery and control (K4300, K5300 and above). Note that for the first time, some Samsung 2016 models can now be powered on via IP using Wake on LAN.
H.264 Hardware Accelerated Video Decoding can now be disabled in the Edit Device panel if a specific camera is not compatible or you’d prefer to use MJPEG.
Improved H.264 Video Decoding compatibility, hundreds of models are included in the camera library.
