[New Officers]
1. [Stinger Fist]: Michel Louis. His skills can significantly boost your Artillery Troops.
a. Mighty Barrage: Tactical Skill, Prep Time: 8 seconds. Deals damage to an enemy (Dmg Coefficient 850/1000/1250/1500/1800). This skill deals 25% extra damage when this Officer's Troop is garrisoned.
b. Unstoppable Force: Increases the Dmg of this Officer's Artillery Troop by 6% / 9% / 12% / 15% / 20%.
c. Formidable Defense: Increases the Dmg of this Officer's Troop by 10% / 13% / 16% / 20% / 25%. Increases the Dmg Resist of the Base by 1% / 2% / 3% / 4% / 5% when this Officer's Troop is garrisoned there.
d. Preemptive Attack: Whenever this Officer's Troop attacks, it causes the target Troop to enter Suppressed status, reducing the target's shield generated by 10% / 13% / 16% / 20% / 25% for 8 seconds. Can be triggered once every 8 seconds.
e. Rain of Destruction: Awakening Skill; Prep Time: 8 seconds. Deals damage to an enemy (Dmg Coefficient 850/1000/1250/1500/1800), if this Officer is in an Artillery Troop, the skill deals damage to up to 3 additional Ground Force Troops within range (Dmg Coefficient 600). This skill deals 25% extra damage when this Officer's Troop is garrisoned.
f. How to recruit this Officer: Win a total of 5 battles in Arena to recruit [Stinger Fist].
2. Uncle Ivankov: Ruslan Ivankov, who specializes in Tank tactics. His skills can boost the strength of your Tank and Helicopter Troops.
a. Unauthorized Extensions: Prep Time: 8 seconds. Grants his Troop a shield (Shield Coefficient 750/950/1150/1400/1800) for 4 seconds. If this Officer is in a Tank or Helicopter Troop, increases the Troop's Dmg Resist by 5% / 7% / 9% / 11% / 15% for 8 seconds.
b. Underworld Protection: Reduces the normal attack Dmg this Officer's Troop takes by 13% / 16% / 19% / 23% / 30%. Reduces the normal attack Dmg the Base takes by 4% / 5% / 6% / 8% / 10% when this Officer is garrisoned there.
c. Bottomless Arsenal: Increases the Firepower of this Officer's Tank or Helicopter Troop by 3% / 4.5% / 6% / 7.5% / 10% and its HP by 10% / 14% / 18% / 22% / 30%.
d. Lucky Coin: When this Officer's Troop attacks, this Officer flips a coin every 4 seconds. If the coin lands facing up, increases the Troop's Dmg by 3% / 4% / 6% / 8% / 10% and Dmg Resist by 3% / 4% / 6% / 8% / 10%. This effect can stack up to 2 times and ends immediately after the Troop leaves combat.
e. Smuggler King: Awakening Skill. Reduces the Skill Dmg the Base takes by 40% and increases its HP Recovery Rate by 5% when this Officer's Troop is garrisoned there.
f. How to recruit this Officer: Drink a total of 20 times at the Jovial Bistro to recruit Uncle Ivankov.
[New Alliance Member Level: Deputy Leader]
1. Alliance Leader can now promote a level 4 member to Deputy Leader; each Alliance can only have 1 Deputy Leader.
2. Deputy Leader has the same permissions except for disbanding the Alliance or appointing the Deputy Leader.
