• NEW: Madcow 5×5 extra back-off sets option to add volume (Programs - Madcow 5×5 - pick the template/assistance - change weights - enable back-off sets)
• CHANGE: dismissing timer on watch dismisses on the phone
• FIX: timer notification on watch despite rest timer dismissed
• FIX: various minor watch fixes and optimizations
