+Updated the category settings for a podcast so it functions like the episodes to include/ignore.
+Local watch playback has a new option when you double tap the playback rate. This will present a control to change the playback rate ranging from 0.5 to 3.0 in .1 increments
+Add Top 10 podcasts listened to in the settings Stats
Bug Fixes
-Fix for overlapping text on now playing below the time slider.
-Fix for gestures not working on now playing for some scenarios.
-Fix for paid/premium podcasts that have a user id and password not completing the follow/subscribe process.
