Updates:
1. Commanders can choose specific Hero Fragments as rewards from a list in Top Commander, Lucky Roulette, and Great Hunter. (The first of the adjusted events will start on 12/04. Please update the game to access.)
2. Removed the restriction on the use of Heroes due to Federation history. Heroes can be used without restrictions in any region map, event map, and in the Arena.
3. Adjusted Police Station Hero availability:
1) Maxine Wincott, Martin, Hank Jannowitz, Lee Seung-Won, and Peter Karelin will be the initial Heroes available at the Police Station.
2) Cynthia Calamity, Raigoro, Tom, and Nakano Maaya will be added to the Police Station search rewards as Commanders progress in the game. (The Heroes available in the Police Station may vary depending on each Commander's game progress. Please check in-game for the Heroes available to you.)
4. Adjusted Daily Boost Hero availability:
1) Louis will be the initial hero for the Daily Boost. The remaining Heroes, including Lee Seung-Won, Bella, Adut, Chun, Elena, Robert, and Julia, will be added to the Daily Boost as Commanders progress in the game. (The Heroes available in the Daily Boost may vary depending on each Commander's game progress. Please check in-game for the Heroes available to you.)
2) The following Heroes will be removed: Martin, Hank Jannowitz, Peter Karelin, Cynthia Calamity, Raigoro, Tom, and Nakano Maaya.
5. Hero Balancing-Master Jin Skill Buffs:
1) Skill 1, Hometown Nostalgia: The ATK and DEF boost provided by the skill will increase, with the maximum increased from 40% to 45%.
2) Skill 3, Earthly Desire: The Rally Capacity boost provided by the skill will increase, with the maximum increased from 11% to 15%.
3) Skill 4, Breach of Trust: The boost will now apply under all conditions instead of only during Siege.
4) Awakened Skill, Storm Command: After Skill 1 is awakened, the ATK and DEF boost provided by the skill will increase, with the maximum increased from 50% to 55%.
6. Top Commander: Combined Phases 6 and 7 and adjusted ways to earn points.
7. Other bug fixes and optimizations.
