Updates:
1. "Wasteland Engineer" Jonathan and "Lone Ranger" Elena are joining the game! Commanders in servers 1-21 will be able to meet the new Heroes as early as May 22 (UTC), while they will be available for the remaining servers based on their Federation's progress.
2. Island Raid optimization: Added a Crisis Aid event to help Commanders quickly recover Heavily Wounded Squads after Island Raid ends.
3. New Doomsday Shopping event from 5/16-5/23 (UTC). Please update your game first.
4. Lethal Outbreak, Grand Revival, and Great Hunter optimizations:
a) Purchase high-value event packs to send Red Packets to regional language Channels.
b) Exchange for items at the event Exchange Shop to obtain event items.
c) Event UI optimizations
