1. A new two-week all-access free trial period. Thoroughly evaluate the app before you commit. Yes, the app still has several workouts available for free, even after the free trial period ends. In fact, there are a few surprise features that will always be free.

2. Several new mediations and workouts: Physiological Sigh Meditation; Box Breathing Meditation; All-In-One Meditation; NSDR Meditation; Suzuki Meditation; 20 Minute Relaxation Meditation. These new meditations are awesome. They are short and backed by research as proven to work. Increase focus, reduce fatigue, increase energy, and just feel better.

3. A new Zone 2 30 workout.

4. Miscellaneous bug fixes and improvements. You might like the new celebration sequence.

1. A new emphasis on being one-stop shopping for the training we need to live longer and healthier lives. That means strength training, Zone 2 cardio training, Zone 5 cardio training, relaxation help, and sleep help.

2. Video HIIT and low impact bodyweight based strength workouts. There’s a wide variety: 5 minute, 7 minute, low impact, and a very difficult challenge workout.

3. Zone 2 & Zone 5 cardio training uses voice guided timer interval based workouts.

4. Guided meditation stories to help you relax.

5. Guided sleep stories to help you get to sleep.

6. Key to better sleep is getting morning light exposure. I’ve added a light meter that tells you how long you need to stay outside to get the ideal amount of light exposure. Light exposure is just one sleep tip. Many more are included.

7. A daily video challenge that you can do in 2 minutes. It’s ten pushups, ten squats, and a 60-second plank.

8. A Zone 2 calculator to help you calculate your ideal Zone 2 heart rate.

1. Changed the app name to Max Workout. The app does a lot more than REHIT now, so I thought the name should reflect all the new nifty features. What do you call something that does HIIT, REHIT, LIIT (low impact interval training), bodyweight exercises, and meditation? Max Workout!

1. The third key to extending your health span and reducing your biological age is meditation. That's why I added two 10-minute meditations. Now you can get your Zone 2 and Zone 5 workouts and meditation all in one app—at no extra cost. I use it several times a week, and I think it competes nicely with dedicated meditation apps.

2. A new 10-minute unguided meditation. Follow your own meditation practice while soothing music plays, and a soft gong marks your progress at one-minute intervals. It's amazing how 10 minutes can change the rest of your day.

3. A new 10-minute guided meditation. This guided meditation can help you sleep better, reduce stress, relax, and even consolidate your learning after a study session.

4. A new All Access Pass lets you try every feature of the app for free. No credit card. No ads. No risk. Try at your own pace. And if you don't like it, I appreciate your giving my app a try.
