Greatly improved speed when editing large files

SPEAKING RATE
The speed at which Easy Annotate reads is now adjustable under Settings
BUG FIXES
Opening the same note twice is no longer possible
Stop retaining zoom when opening a new document
Scrolling while zoomed no longer gives strange results
Rotating from landscape to portrait with note now updates the position of the close button
App crash solved when creating collection while the notes keyboard is visible
Google Drive no longer shows deleted files and directories
Many minor bugs in Dropbox, Google Drive, and WebDAV
