Monsta Bounce is a beautiful, refreshing and honest platformer that today's App Store needs. There's no ads flying in your face. No pay-to-win gimmicks. No "invite your friends to get more daily stamina" baloney. Pair all that with Goro's adorable art (his work is what "drew" me here in the first place) and the fast-paced play and ultra responsive touch controls and you have yourself a must-play game that definitely warrants a download.The cherry on top: this game doesn't force you to invite your friends but you'll want to anyway. The greatness of this game is an underlying competitive atmosphere that'll leave you wanting to pay your friend a visit and enact physical harm on them. Nothing beats soaring past your friend's high scores only to find out three other friends just wiped the floor with you an hour later. This is game is definitely something you should check out. It's hard enough to find an game that doesn't shoot ads in your face or make you pay to continue after you die. I look forward to Goro's next app and it's only through supporting artists and producers like this can we hope to find more great games and products on the App Store.
