Fixed crashing upon deleting episode on the iPad
Enhanced the screenshots
Fixed initial sync with Trakt for users that just got the account and their history is empty.
Fixed wrong "Watched at" date on Trakt account history after marking episode as seen in the app itself
Tweaks to the episode previews obtaining to provide more accurate results (incorrect previews are unfortunately still visible)
