Fixed a crash that could occur in co-op at battle start due to the presence of Costello under certain circumstances
Fixed a crash that could occur in co-op when Odette's life drain strikes a dying target
Greatly reduced rewards from arena battles that reach extremely high wave counts. Currency/XP gains per wave no longer grow multiplicatively and will eventually plateau.
Deflection and Rewind Chance from gear is now capped at 50%.
Extreme levels of haste will no longer cause a hero to interrupt their own attacks before they deal damage.
The arena now scales more rapidly in difficulty at higher waves.
