Scrivener version 1.0 Release Notes >

Bonnie Tyler's song "Holding Out for a Hero" expresses my sentiment for iOS Scrivener. I have used Scrivener on my Mac for several years. I fell in love with Scrivener on my first date with her. (Er, I mean my first writing project with her.) I loved her flexibility. I loved her design. I loved her strength of character. I loved--well, now I'm just gushing. Let's just say that that after my first writing project, I was never tempted to go out with another writing software application. That's why I never was tempted to write on the iPad. I have only ever loved Scrivener. That's why I have patiently waited for her iOS sister to show up and why I went to the App store at midnight and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally, I am holding her on my iPad, and she is beautiful. My first date (project) with her went very well. I am glad I didn't settle, that I waited, that I remained faithful to my first love. And while I was waiting, I listened to Bonnie Tyler song in my head. "Late at night I toss and I turn and I dream of what I need. I need a hero. I'm holding out for a hero 'til the morning light. And [she's] gotta be larger than life." Scrivener for iOS is here, and she is larger than life. Now I gotta go. I gotta novel to write, and I feel giddy. Thank you Literature and Latte.
