Adjusted some effects of monsters and badges in "Rise of Monsters".

Sword Master's initial weapon didn't benefit from the combo hit buff.
Attack speed glitch of Lancer's Thunder Lance state; Hand-Knife's abnormal range.
Druid was immune to damage in certain situations.
The abnormal range of Airbender - Pulsating Blow's hidden move.
Game stuck in certain situations when interacting with Game Complete.
