This release is a general bug fix and performance improvement release!
Notable fixes in 7.82:
CarPlay:
- Improves GPS usage under CarPlay, ensuring increased accuracy is only requested during a navigation session.
- Fixes a CarPlay bug where the location map button would start in a filled-in state (map follows location) when the current location was unavailable.
Other:
- Fixes an artifact in radar rendering that can cause a thin line to appear sometimes.
- Fixes a bug that caused "My Location" to be visible in RouteCast as the starting location even when the current location was unavailable.
- Fixes a missing forecast condition icon (which would have appeared as a "?" in the hourly forecast or the "forecast bar").
