This time, it's an urgent update.
Addressing the issue of playback stopping
PDF file support
Import from file now possible
Since iOS 17, there has been an issue with Apple's text-to-speech engine causing freezes at the start of playback. The update to address this was ver2.5.5, but since ver2.5.5, we have received various feedback about playback stopping mid-way.
Thinking it was a good update, but it turned out to be even more problematic, so I investigated the cause and made corrections in this version. Specifically, I fixed the process for restarting the audio.
It's quite difficult to reproduce this problem on my own iPhone, so I would appreciate it if you could give me feedback through the settings => request chat screen when something like this happens or if it gets fixed.
Also, in the last update, we have added support for PDF files and importing from iOS files. Character recognition from photos is also now possible, so please give it a try.
