Updates:
1. New Cross-region Expedition - Dark Seal. Available to some Federations from 6/24-6/25 (UTC). Please update your game first.
2. New Midsummer Night event from 6/22-6/29 (UTC). Please update your game first.
3. New Legendary Infantry Heroes "Ravenous Butcher" Eddie and "King of Rock" Robert. Commanders in servers 1-21 will be able to meet the new Heroes as early as Jul 3 (UTC), while they will be available for the remaining servers based on their Federation's progress.
4. New Squad Skin - Heavy Fire Guard
5. Island Raid: Alliances with similar Federation progress will be matched first.
6. New Alliance Tech with unlimited Donation. Unlocks after Effective Deployment, Garrison Expansion, and Quick March reach Lv 10.
7. Alliance event page displays opening times for Antpede Hunt, The Recovery of Pompeii, Alliance League, and Island Raid.
8. Top Commander's Enemy Kills, Heavily Wounded Units, Healing Boost stages: point efficiency decreases with more kills.

11. Other bug fixes and optimizations.
Hero Balance Adjustments and Correction:
1. Strengthened Elena's Active Skill, Ambush: the skill's DEF bonus is now always effective and does not need to be triggered.
2. Fixed Chun's skill, Resilience, where the Travel Speed bonus did not take effect.
3. Fixed Raigorou's Adventure Active Skill, Gate of Protection, where the attack range increase was not displayed correctly.
