Fitbod version 6.9.0 Release Notes

We are excited to announce the release of version 6.9.0. Here's what we've updated and fixed:
1. Timed Exercises: We’ve fixed a bug where timed exercises were being recommended without any duration. In addition, we have made some improvements to timed and weighted exercises.
2. Muscle Recovery Updates: We've improved how muscle recovery updates after deleting past exercise sets for a more accurate reflection of your recovery state.
3. Adding the Same Exercise in a Workout: You can now add the same exercise multiple times within the same workout with enhanced functionality.
4. Shared Workouts Loading: We've resolved an issue where loading shared workouts from certain links caused multiple popups. Enjoy smoother loading of shared workouts.
5. Metric Details Bug Fix: We've fixed a bug that affected the display of data older than 7 months in the Metric Details. You can now view all your historical data correctly.
6. Spacing Improvement for Outcome Promise: We've corrected a spacing issue for the Outcome Promise on certain iPhone models.
