- Added audio balance setting for Phantom stereo pairs

- Fixed an issue preventing turning the products off directly from the app
- Fixed an issue preventing DOS1 to DOS2 migration in certain cases
- Fixed HDMI auto-switch setting sometimes not working for Devialet Dione
- Fixed some rendering issues on iPad
- Improved the user experience when using the audio equalizer
- Other bug fixes and improvements
