IMPROVED : (Platformer) Reduced maximum falling speed in water
IMPROVED : Much faster respawning after a Game Over
IMPROVED : Enemies don't move during warp/respawn transitions
IMPROVED : After gameplay, pick up where you left off in the Arcade
FIXED : Respawning on top of a warp won't freeze the game
