• New
- Introducing, Avatars: Now, you can express yourself even more with anonymous posts by picking a Toy Avatar and giving it a nickname.
- Introducing, Camera 2.0: Swipe right from the Home screen to reveal the camera and send photos or videos that expire 24 hours after they're sent.
- Introducing, Badges: If you're a verified creator or a business, your profile will now display a creator or business badge in your profile.
• Changes
- Videos are now limited to 60 seconds each when sharing them across the app.
- Sharing posts now fall back to their URLs.
- Reporting Posts: When a post reaches a certain number of reports, it will display a disclosure label warning about potential abuse, spam, or violations to our community guidelines. When a post or a reply is reported, the post's owner receives a notification that someone had reported that post (it remains anonymous).
• Bug Fixes
- Fixed bug that caused the app to crash when opening a URL preview from a reply.
- Fixed bug that caused the message bar to not resign to its initial state after denying access to the device's microphone and attempting to record an audio clip.
- Fixed bug that caused the audio recording to block the main thread and freeze the interface.
- Fixed bug that would cause photo and video previews to persistently animate their loading state when picking them from the message bar.
- Fixed bug that caused URL previews to indicate that they haven't been loaded, even when they have been loaded.
- Fixed bug that caused the birthday icon to display over an account's profile photo even if their post was sent anonymously.
- Fixed bug that caused the replies to not reload after tapping a notification banner for a new reply.
- Fixed bug that caused an account's follower count to not update after following or unfollowing them.
- Fixed bug that caused some information to not be saved during sign up.
- Fixed bug that caused the badge to display over the notification item in the navigation bar after logging in — even if you haven't received any new notifications and have enabled push notifications for your device.
