Bug fixes and performance improvements to keep your workouts running smoothly.
- Reduced the frequency of Max Effort Day for manually added exercises.
- Improved Max Effort Day weight recommendations.
- Removed Handle Band exercises from "Bodyweight-Only" exercise category in "Add an Exercise".
- Tapping on a Gym Profile name now opens the profile switcher, instead of prompting to rename the profile.
- Replacing a Timed Interval exercise will filter out excluded exercises and available equipment.
- Improved Workout and Gym Profile data syncing.
- Exercise instruction fixes for: TRX Pistol Squat, Single Leg Glute Bridge, Back Extension
- Lat Pulldown and Dumbbell Row updated to a Tier 1 exercise (Exercises will appear first in your workout)
