NEW:
Auto Play setting can be changed when casting to compatible players.
FIXED:
An erroneous "Unplayed" filter was shown at the bottom of the list when filtering TV libraries.
Closed captions could not be disabled during playback.
Fixed an issue where Podcast hubs might show (null) in the title.
Music playback might not resume after it had been interupted by other playback.
Sometimes video playback would be stuck at the beginning in transcoded streams.
Sometimes when playback finishes with the Enhanced Video player, the app would get stuck.
Sync button was not always disabled for content that cannot be synced.
The app would start videos and podcasts from the beginning instead of resuming them in some situations.
