Jottit version 1.2.1 Release Notes
Welcome to the all new Jottit.
In this update Jottit has been redesigned and packs new features that changes how the app is used. Users are now introduced to the new projects window displaying their shelves, notebooks and pages. Users can now jot down notes, lists and sketches straight from the projects window with a new actions bar. A side navigation has been added for task manager, bookmarks and trash. We also have a new logo to reflect our new design.
Heres a full rundown of the changes:
Sketches: NEW FEATUREa completely new feature to Jottit 1.2, users can now sketch ideas and make annotations.
Notes: Support for our new lite markdown. Users can change fonts, size, themes, set reminders and bookmark their notes.
Checklists: A brand new gesture based UI, with half swipe & full swipe actions to mark tasks as in progress, completed, set due dates and remove. Indicaters have been added to display task progress.
Notebooks: Notebooks can now have covers, we will be adding more in upcoming releases. Notebooks now store your sketches, notes and checklists.
Shelves: Shelves have been rebuilt & redesigned to organise notebooks and pages.
SideBar: A new side navigation has been added to get quick access to the task manager, bookmarked notes & trash. We will be adding more shortcuts to this panel.
Jottit Pro: Also included in this updated in Jottit Pro, a subscription to unlock all of Jottit features and support development of the app. With Jottit Pro users can access Shelves, Notebook Covers, Task Manager, Bookmarks, Trash, Add Images to sketches.
Important information for users updating from Jottit 1.1: Thank you for downloading jottit, your support has allowed us to bring you the all new Jottit. After listening feedback we rebuilt and redesigned the app and changed how Jottit is used. Unfortunately by doing so your notes, lists and notebooks will not be carried over to v1.2. Apologies for any inconvenience and this will not happen again in future updates.
