Headhunter is a video-based job search that helps you fill a position in the fastest amount of time with the best fit possible. Hiring managers care more about personality and character than a list of skills... so why not get those things on the table at the very beginning?
No more wasting hours upon hours scanning online job applications. Search for job seekers on Headhunter or you can put a Headhunter link in your job advertisement. You'll get to see video of the actual candidate as they answer common interview questions. If you think they have potential, then you can "Favorite" their video profile. The seeker will instantly get a phone notification which they can tap to see YOUR company job listing and your video clips/previews with it. The job listing you create gives a little background with desired qualifications and skills, but it focuses on transparency of the job atmosphere, setting, coworkers, and even the supervisor through video clips. Select from a list of video captions or create your own to show the candidate what the job is really about in a way text just can't. Record as many as you like! The job seeker can choose to "Favorite" your job listing and create mutual interest, which immediately open up options to communicate by phone, text, or email. They have pre-qualified themselves for your job opening which mean a higher chance of a good interview... all without time consuming applications, emails, and scheduling attempts.
Employers don't get bogged down with stacks of applications and resumes. They use Headhunter to screen job seekers to a small list for interviews. Best of all, job seekers have seen more than just a boring job description, so you both know there is potential.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription Period: You are billed on a monthly basis. Each tier let's you create a maximum number of active job listings per month to be hosted on the Headhunter video hiring network.
The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, for the cost of the subscription selected. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a purchase to that publication is made.
