Eat For Two is an application for all future parents that would like to check a product before eating it. The application helps you to identify pregnancy-friendly food and highlights the ones that are not recommended. You will quickly discover they are numerous products that are fine to eat only if you limit your consumption.


What is included in Eat For Two?
- A list of 500+ food with the main benefits and the possible risks associated while you are pregnant.
- 15 categories (e.g. eggs, dairy, meat, fruits and vegetables) with food rated between “excellent”, “good”, “ok – but” to “not recommended”.
- You can also create your own list of favourites food to quickly access the aliments that you regularly need to check whether it is recommended or best to avoid during your pregnancy.
