added code to better handle full disk situations and avoid data corruption
added disclaimers about recency and correctness when using certain map sources
added a link at the bottom of the righthand map layers menu to report map issues and view map attributions
added a confirmation when deleting all tracks, routes, maps, and waypoints
fixed issue in last release where elevation graph would start at 0 instead of the minimum altitude for the track

tweaked app to not show alert that maps will be deleted when removing a map source, if no saved maps exist for that source
