Live Activities (iOS only):
You can now observe the whole workout on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
CHARTS:
On the Progress Tab new charts are added to observe your progress.
SIRI SHORTCUTS:
You can now easily start a workout, skip an exercise, get the weekly workout summary, start a SharePlay experience, or get suggestions for sportswear depending on the weather using just your voice. Tap on Profile>Siri Shortcuts.
WEATHER:
You can get the weather data and also suggestions on what to wear based on that. Tap on Profile>Weather.
The app also supports Home & Lock Screen weather widgets, and watchOS complications.
There is also a Shortcut to get the current status.
LOCK SCREEN WIDGETS:
The app supports circular, rectangular and inline Lock Screen Widgets.
There are three widgets for the weekly workout summary, and three widgets for the weather & sportswear suggestions.
SharePlay:
The app has already supported SharePlay, but now you can start a SharePlay experience even without a FaceTime call using Messages.
