- Added current note tuning indicator on piano keyboard
- Added settings on Sound Keyboard page
- Added piano instrument sound (please note that the tuner will not recognize its pitch accurately when listening to itself through built-in speakers)
- When you leave the app with a sustained drone active it will keep playing in the background (option to disable this behavior in Prefs->Audio Options)
