Updates to initial sync to cloud with a new database.
Added a visual indicator to database detail page to display cloud label in red if we are supposed to be connected to the cloud but are not because an error occured. Also posts an error notification if an Updates display when finished scanning a single entry to show book details
Wait until database information has finished writing before attaching to support email.
Added device information to support attachments
Switching local versions only worked at startup.
Updates/changes to books refreshed in master display.
"Condensed Display" setting wasn't being respected upon startup on the iPad.
Don't complain about document being loaded when switching database files
Utilties->Database: "status: " should only appear for the cloud section and was not correct when displayed for local files.
Added more deep links to aid with customer support.
