I saw this show up in the Warhammer app, and thought I'd give it a shot. I'd buy this instead of a pot of paint, or this week's White Dwarf. My first impression on loading was unimpressive artwork, and recycled music from the Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning MMO. Not at all what I expected from a $4 game. Mechanically, it's an OK ballistics game. Physics are solid, but the menus are mapped onto waving flags, making them hard to read and difficult to interact with. Textures are blurry. Character Animations are weak. Chirping birds are at odds with the content. It's frequently difficult to aim, with the characters (ammo) blocking your aimplate arrow. I played through L30, and found myself buying a lot of Storm of Magic. As an unlicensed game for less than $2, I'd give it 3-4 stars. But for $4, it's a bit weak. Especially since it offers additional IAP.
