A lovely app with simple exercises to help you breathe consciously. Find your space, set the timer, and relax.
Breathing consciously can be a wonderful tool to help you relax, reduce stress and anxiety, sleep better, and live a mindful life. Take a couple of minutes a day for yourself and you'll notice that life really does come in pretty colors.
You can connect to the Health app to track your mindful minutes in the Mindfulness section. (Integrates with the Health app).
We offer 3 ways to get all of the content in the app. These are our subscription pricing and terms:
ONE TIME PURCHASE: $15.99 USD
ALL ACCESS for 1 Month: $0.99 USD (Billed monthly)
ALL ACCESS for 1 Year: $5.99 USD (Billed yearly)
This price is for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary, actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes Account Settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Alternatively, there is a "Manage Subscription" menu option in the App Settings menu. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
