How Does It Work?
Flowly combines biofeedback for relaxation training and interactive experiences to create an accessible tool for your pain journey. There are two ways to engage with Flowly: just on your phone or with a VR headset (with Pro subscription). By being able to see your Heart Rate and breathing, you can learn to auto-regulate your nervous system to help manage how you feel.

Can This Actually Work?
We won’t say it will definitely work for you. However, Flowly does marry two powerful approaches: biofeedback for relaxation training and Virtual Reality. There are over 1,000+ studies dedicated to both types of therapies. Flowly itself is partnered with UPMC and USC for upcoming clinical trials with a grant awarded by the National Institute of Health.
