The Sideloading extension now works from the YouTube app, no need to open in Safari any more.
Early Castro supporters who purchased the app back when it was paid can now avail of a special offer on their first year of Castro Plus.
Pulling to refresh on a podcast screen in your Library now prompts our server to do a refresh, so if it seems like an episode is delayed or missing give that a shot.

- Fix for sideloading from YouTube on iPad not working
- Fix for missing delete sideload button on the next selected sideload after deleting one
- Fix for cases where the promoted podcast placeholder in Inbox could get stuck on screen
