Thanks for using Calm! This update contains multiple bug fixes and performance improvements.

Be sure to listen to our newest Sleep Stories including "The Time Machine" narrated by English actress Anna Acton. Join Nick Offerman, known for his role as Ron Swanson in the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation, in "The Big Bad Wolf Learns Anger Management." And don't forget to listen to world-renowned actor Matthew McConaughey's dreamy story about the mysteries of the universe in "Wonder."

Check out our newest meditation program by Jeff Warren, known for his dynamic and accessible style of teaching, titled "How to Meditate." It's a simple 30-day program for everyone.

We recently launched Calm in Korean. You can switch between English, German, Spanish, French, and Korean meditations and Sleep Stories by going to the Change Language option in Settings.

As always, you can expect an original Daily Calm every day and new Sleep Stories every week.

While you’re waiting for the update to install, try this simple practice: Relax your body and get comfortable, then turn your attention to the breath. Keeping the rhythm of your breathing natural, just observe your breath as it flows in and out. Notice how it moves in and out of the body with curiosity. Breathe each breath as though for the very first time.
