• On-Demand 15-minute workouts. In the Workout Tab, tap on “+ New” and scroll to the “Other” section to quickly build a 15 Minute Dumbbell workout or a 15 Minute Bodyweight workout.

• Reduced Rep count recommendations for Max Effort Day exercises.

• Improved TRX-Only workouts. If you only have TRX enabled in Available Equipment, FItbod will build a comprehensive TRX-Only workout.

• Since 3D touch was removed from some iPhones, you may now summon a GIF preview by using two fingers to tap the exercise row.

• Improved Workout Finalization performance, including faster finalization times.

• Fixed: This build fixes a bug that caused Warm-Up and Cool-Downs sections to disappear, despite the setting being ON. Additionally, this also fixes the bug where exercises are missing in "Add an Exercise"

• Fixed: for unilateral exercises, the Stopwatch timer sometimes ended too early before the displayed duration was complete.
