Added some missing 3x resources for iPhone Plus
Fixed a problem that Surge may fail to start sometimes.
Fixed a problem that Widget may not work on iPhone 7 Plus.
If Surge fails to start or the widget always alerts "Please start Surge using main application", please try rebooting your device to fix. It seems a bug in iOS 10.
