BitTorrent Bleep version 1.6.9 Release Notes
Version 1.6.9 of Bleep contains improvements to message syncing and adding contacts in person via QR-code.
Some users reported problems with old messages popping up when a new device was added as if they were new. This is fixed now.
Also, when you add someone in person via QR-code, you no longer have to accept each other's invitations afterwards. This is still a secure transaction, but you, the user, don't have to do anything additional to complete the add. As soon as scanning completes, you should see each other online.
Additionally, we applaud Apple, and the rest of our industry in their support of strong encryption standards. This is the reason we built Bleep the way we did. We built Bleep to give you full control over your messaging and your contacts. It is none of anyone's business how you Bleep, or your iPhone, period.
