Dawn version 1.5.2 Release Notes
This latest version of Dawn comes with some BIG updates: an entirely new UI along with two big new features.
New Feature Tagging: When we first launched Dawn, we couldn't begin to imagine all the different use cases, users with a job and night school, users with 2-3 jobs, freelancers juggling multiple clients, and parents balancing work and raising kids. Everyone has a unique schedule and Tagging helps Dawn ensure the right tasks get scheduled at the right time. With Tagging, you create a Tag and choose what days and hours the tag should only allow tasks to be scheduled for. For Example, if you only want to work on "JOB A" tasks on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM 2 PM, you would set this up as a tag. Then Everytime you make a task for "Job A", simply apply the JOB A tag and Dawn will only schedule it during those times.
New Feature Custom Recurring Tasks: Previously with Dawn you could setup tasks to recur daily, weekly or monthly, but we got a ton of feedback requesting more customization. Now you can! With Custom Tagging, any recurring length is possible, every other day, every 3 weeks, every 10 days, every other month... Dawn can now handle it all.
UI: We made a big design update to Dawn. She's sleeker, more intuitive and overall easier to use. Come inside and check it out!
