Tona version 1.2.15 Release Notes
Our biggest improvements to the recording workout flow for a while, now you can;
Connect to your favourite heart rate monitor that uses Bluetooth, these include Garmin, Suunto, Polar and many more. If your watch can't connect you can sync that data later in the Tona app with Apple Health.
Reorder exercises with an easy to use simple drag and drop.
Select Not Applicable for metrics that aren't important when planning or recording a workout, e.g. when doing 10 Squats and time isn't important.
Selected As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP) for an exercise where only time isn't important, eg. do as many Push Ups as you can in 60 seconds.
Duplicate and delete all rounds and sets, quickly add more sets of the same exercise or add more rounds to a workout. Swipe left in any round or exercise when recording, planning or logging a workout.
Exercises and icons now download in the background so you don't have to wait.
