iOS
NEW: You are now able to select exercises by muscle and not only muscle group.
NEW: 3D Touch action menu. Now you can select last 4 workouts by long-pressing the Fitness Point icon.
NEW: Added some tips for hidden features. They will show only once after the update.
UPDATE: You can now increase/decrease time to the full screen break timer while it’s running. This way you can extend your break without having to stop the timer.
FIX: Full screen timer remain on screen after completion.
Apple Watch
NEW: Apple Watch Heart rate monitor. See your heart rate during the workout with live data.
NEW: Calorie count enhancement. Now calories on Apple Watch are counted based on your heart rate. This make it more precise.
