Here's what changed in 2.8.4:
Video player improvements. Double tap on either the right or left side of the video to quickly skip forward or back in a lecture.
Fixed issue where peer reviews in some courses were not being submitted properly.
Fixed issue where in some cases, a user's progress made while offline doesn't sync correctly when they return online.
Various other small fixes and performance improvements
