We're excited to launch IllumeHealth 1.1 with the following improvements:
Add multiple temperature, humidity and infusion readings on your watch while recording a heat exposure session
Measure cold exposure as a standalone session, i.e. cold plunge, cold shower, cryo chamber, polar plunge, snow plunge, outdoor walk
Record cold exposure metrics on your watch: duration, temperature, continuous heart rate, peak heart rate, min heart rate, heart rate deceleration/acceleration and average heart rate
Add optional notes to each heat and cold exposure session
Share a heat or cold exposure session summary with your friends on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp or Twitter
View beautifully crafted insights & trends for heat and cold exposure
Filter these insights by week, month and year
Add the Illume Health complication to your watch for quick app access (Note: currently, we only support full-colour complications for Series 4 watches)
Apple HealthKit support for logging heat or cold exposure sessions as workouts
We polished the design with a clean and minimal header image in the activity log
We fixed some bugs that made the app crash
