PeakVisor version 2.21 Release Notes
[Visibility Range] With temperatures declining in many parts of the world visibility distance is dramatically increasing and revealing faraway mountain ranges. Peaks which were hidden due to the haze and clouds make a distinct skyline now. So far, PeakVisor was rendering a 75 miles / 120 km range terrain. Many of you noticed that it is often not enough and asked for a possibility to increase the range. Today, we're happy to offer you this with the Visibility parameter in the Download Settings. Choose your range and identify distant peaks an instant!
[Performance Improvements] This week we introduced another bunch of significant performance improvements. The app still requires some battery energy, free memory, and computing power, but significantly less than before. This should be especially noticeable on earlier phone models.
[Feedback] We kindly ask you to let us know about your winter plans and winter features you'd like us to implement in the app. We're going to add mountain skiing slopes and cable cars all over the world but maybe you have some other feature requests.
