Here's what changed in 2.7.5:
Downloading readings and quizzes onto your device now also save images embedded within them. This makes it possible to access diagrams, charts, and other graphics in these course items even without an Internet connection. (Please note that previously downloaded items would need to be re-downloaded for images to show up.)
Various bug fixes and performance improvements.
