Blue Days version 6.1.1 Release Notes
V6.1.1 comes with some big changes.
The payment system has been completely redesigned. Instead of a one-time payment, Blue Days will now be free for download on the App Store and in the app offer a 7-day free trial, after that just $1.99/year.
The reason for this change is because most users consume about $0.99 worth of Data within two-years. In short, $0.99 for lifetime access isn’t sustainable
The positive is that in the future, I will be able to add more advanced weather features and release more frequent updates.
Other updates to this version:
The new 60-minute precipitation chart now indicates if it is: rain, sleet, or snow.
The Apple Watch app has been completely redesigned. Instead of showing details about the current forecast, it now shows quick info for the next 7-Days.
Note: The Apple Watch application is Free outside of the subscription.
The settings view now has a smoother and more modern design.
