Official Changes
Substantially increased the nature of Official Positions granted by Emperor and Presidents.
Once Tanner or Presidential Launch Center Officials are appointed, they cannot be removed. (When the new President or Emperor is appointed, new Officials can be appointed)
The above changes will take place on 2017/08/06 for Military Fort Tanner and on 2017/08/12 for ordinary States.
Unit Transformation Privilege
After unlocking each privilege, you can further increase your max Unit Transformation Lvl
At VIP Store Lvls 5 and 6 you can unlock 5 additional lvls each

Air Force Colonel: Louis Bernard
Graduated from the French “Ecole l’Air” Air Force Academy despite coming from an ordinary French family. An Air Force Colonel, he commands the Z Organization’s armed helicopter forces, leading rescue and air raid missions. A brave, loyal and outstanding soldier, he is known as the Z Organization’s “Protecting Hand.”

Air Raid
After use, your next Single Player Siege becomes an Air Raid. You can only send Airborne Troops, but they will arrive at high speed; In addition, Kill Rate +10%. Lost Airborne Troops die permanently and cannot be wounded. Cooldown time 8 hours.
Hot Tip:
1. When using "Air Raid," it will not affect troops that are already Marching.
2. "Air Raid" cannot be combined with "Surprise Attack," "Desert Storm" and other Skills.
