New feature: Timer
When adding a Play, you can start a timer or let it start automatically.
You can set the minimum time needed before the playtime is saved as duration of the Play.
Of course you can still set the play duration manually.
Changes:
On popular request Ignored plays do count for Challenges again (this was changed in 2.3.3)
When posting a play to BGG, you can now enable adding the hashtag #bgstats to the comments again
Updates on the Help pages of adding a play (Timer explanation) and About BoardGameGeek (what are those green dots?)
More exact error reporting on NemeStats errors, to support better error tracing.
Fixes: when starting an import, a dialog is now displayed to show the work is in progress.
