New Tech Tree: Elite City Defense!
Strengthen all aspects of your Bombs
Researching this Tech can unlock Vaccine Bombs which counter Zombie Troops
Officer Skills Upgrade opened for some Officers
When the Officer reaches the specified level, you can consume the required amount of Recruit Cards to get Skill Experience.
When you earn enough Skill Experience, your Skill is upgraded.
You can view upgrade details by clicking Officer Skills in the Officers Interface.
Bomb Mechanism Adjustment
Low-lvl Bombs no longer have priority in triggering. All lvls of Bombs will be activated at the same Trigger Rate.
Note: The more Bombs you have, the higher the damage you'll cause. Bombs will only attack the units they are designed to target.
Improvements
New national flags (in alphabetical order): Fiji, Uruguay, Paraguay, Kyrgyzstan.
Fixed A problem where Steel Mill Lvl 9 and 10 Gathering time was too long
