What's New in TRX FORCE 1.6.2 >

Choose between the original workout flow where you manually progress from exercise to exercise, or Auto-Advance where the workouts come to life (for both the 12 Week Program and the Pull-up Program).

Auto-Advance Mode:

Each workout has timed sets for each exercise with rest and transition time built in. For rep-based movements you manually advance once the reps are completed.

In your settings, you can adjust:

the amount of time per exercise

the amount of time between each exercise

the amount of extra time for transitions between standing to floor, or vice versa, movements

Fixes issues with video playback.
